41% cod loins, olive oil, apple, onion, olives, tomato, garlic, parsley, salt and spices

La Curiosa only produces high-quality preserves and pâtés from the best seafood and fish caught in the wild and at their best when salted.

He is crazy about preserves, but of course it runs in the family. His mother worked in a cannery for more than 15 years, so you can already imagine that there was always a can on the table in his house.

After finishing his studies, he became curious to learn more about the canning world, and he even had the opportunity to work in a factory for a year.

When the passion for something meets the entrepreneurial vein, there is no turning back. As I said before, he has plenty of youth, and he also has a lot of desire, a desire to do things well, a desire to do fresh things in an overly conservative sector, a desire to innovate and start over. Innovation in gastronomy is very important to attract new generations.

Its mission is to offer a preserve of the best quality, to the taste of the most exquisite palates.

They are faithful defenders of the quality of Galician preserves, which is why they only produce in the best factories around the Ría de Arousa. They feel a deep passion for the trade, for the people of the sea, for our estuaries, for our environment and for our tradition. That is why they do things as they have been taught generation after generation.

They continue to make their preserves with root vegetables from the Galician estuaries and make their sauces following traditional recipes with only natural ingredients and no additives. Maintaining already forgotten processes such as the roasting of some fish.

At La Curiosa they only make high-quality preserves from the best shellfish and fish caught in the campaign and at their best seasoning moment. The product is elaborated in an artisanal way, taking care of the canning and packing by hand. Selecting and placing each piece in the can to guarantee the best presentation at the time of tasting.
