From: North of the province of Cáceres. Sierra de Gata, Las Hurdes and Valle del Alagón (Extremadura) counties.
Variety: Coupage, predominantly the manzanilla cacereña. From olive groves grown in “Red Natura 2000” spaces with special environmental protection. Traditional and dry farming.
Extraction system:| Made using cold mechanical procedures from the first extraction.
Conditions of conservation: It is recommended to always have it protected from light, to slow down its oxidation.
Preferred consumption: 18 months from its packaging.

Color
Intense green color with yellow reflections.
AROMA
On the nose, intense fruitiness of green olives.
Flavour
On the palate, incredibly sweet, which contrasts with the green of its colour, slightly bitter, almond-like and somewhat more spicy.
Pairing: It is the ideal companion for cooking, for salads, vegetables, sauces and vinaigrettes. (perfect for emulsified sauces) And completely amazing for making desserts and sweets like brownies.
