Of course! You can select products from any section and in the purchase process we will always indicate the delivery date of your order based on the products chosen.
What days and at what times do you deliver the orders?
It depends on the type of delivery and the transport company chosen. In general, the delivery men begin the delivery at 9 am and finish at around 19 pm, from Monday to Friday.
Can I request a delivery at a preferred time?
In case you have little flexibility in your schedule, we offer a delivery notification service with SEUR who will notify you of the one-hour time frame in which the delivery will be made. You can postpone the day if you wish, knowing in advance when they will make your delivery.

The wines are shipped in boxes of 6 units. They can be from the same wine or from different wines. The customer can buy less if he wants, but the shipping cost will be for a box of 6 units, €125.
The minimum shipping cost is €125 for a box of 6 units. If more than one box is purchased, there is a volume discount.

The food is shipped as an exclusive shipment. It cannot be mixed with a shipment of wines, what are done with Cargo Wine. Food delivery is done by ups.

How much are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs are calculated automatically according to the destination and the number of products purchased. Shipping costs will be detailed throughout the purchase process and can be reviewed before finalizing the purchase.

What are your delivery times?
Shipping times depend on the destination and the section in which you have purchased. We deliver in 3-5 working days to all of mainland Spain and 5-7 working days in the Balearic Islands from our shipping confirmation. Once the order leaves our warehouses, you will receive an email notifying you that the order has been accepted and is being shipped.

In some sections, the delivery time can be a little longer. This is because we group all the orders from our buyers to order a product directly from the producer. In any case, this will always appear clearly indicated both throughout the purchase process and in the order confirmation e-mail.
Take into account local community holidays, which can affect the delivery of orders.
Where can I receive my orders?
Your orders will be sent to the delivery address that you entered when creating your account, so it is important that you pay attention when filling in this information. Remember that once registered, in "addresses" of the "my account" section you can add all the delivery addresses you want (eg your office, your summer house, your parents' house ...) and select the one that interests you at place your order.
If you have ordered products that need cold for transport, make sure you have a suitable place to keep it until use.
We ship to all destinations in mainland Spain. We do not deliver to PO boxes.
What transport companies do you work with?
We currently work with SEUR and SEUR FRIO.
How will I receive my order?
Products that by their nature require cold will be sent by SEUR FRÍO service (controlled temperature between + 2ºC and + 8ºC) guaranteeing that in no case is the cold chain broken, with deliveries preferably before 13:30 to ensure the best conditions for your order.
When your order is delivered you must check that everything is as requested. If there is any discrepancy or problem with the order, indicate it on the carrier's delivery note, and you must contact MadeinSpain.store through our contact form at www.madeinspain.store/contact leaving us your personal data and order number explaining the discrepancy or problem, and we will contact you as soon as possible to solve the incident.
What happens if I do not receive my order within the agreed period?
If due to force majeure it is impossible for us to deliver the order within the agreed period, the courier company will contact you to set a new date. Contact us to solve this incident through our contact form at www.madeinspain.store/contacto.
What can I do if I am not going to be at the address I indicated to receive my order?
In that case, contact the shipping company to provide an alternate address. If it is located within the same distribution area, it will not entail any additional cost. In the case of not being, you will have to pay the corresponding postage to the courier company.
