We bring you a recipe for a delicious pudding-type apple pie. Created by Paqui (@ladelsevillano5248 on Instagram). And with Sucralín, it is always healthier because it has fewer calories, and everyone can enjoy it, but it is also super tasty!
I have published it a while ago with sugar, but today I bring it with a novelty, which does not contain sugar, because we have replaced it with sucraline, 0% calories on sugar so we stay much calmer without giving up a delicious cake and sweets.
Ingredients
- 5 golden apples
- 3 eggs L
- 27 g of Sucralin (instead of 200 g of sugar)
- 125 g flour
- 100g light olive oil
- 125 milk (I semi-skimmed)
- 1 sachet of chemical yeast
- Zest of 1 lemon
Crafting
- Peel 3 apples, remove the core, cut them into small pieces, put them in a bowl together with the eggs, oil, milk, lemon zest and sucraline.
- We add the flour and the yeast that we will sift, stir a little and with the electric mixer we beat everything well to make a fine dough.
- We prepare a mold by greasing it well (I put release spray on it) and add the dough.
- With the other two apples after peeling, cut them into half moons and put them on top of the dough in a circle, forming like a flower.
- We will have the oven preheated to 180 °, only with heat from the bottom and we will leave it for about 45 minutes.
- Once removed from the oven, we will brush with a little peach jam with a teaspoon of water that we will heat in the microwave for a few seconds, this is to give the apple a little shine... I usually use some sachets that they sell at Lidl and that they dissolve in a little water and bring to the boil, it turns out like a jelly and gives it a lot of shine, but I didn't have any left over and I went to Lidl and they didn't have any left either, so the option was to brush it with jam.
It is delicious, try it and you will tell me!
