We bring you a recipe for an orange and ricotta sponge cake. Created by Paqui (@ladelsevillano5248 on Instagram). And with Sucralín, it is always healthier because it has fewer calories, and everyone can enjoy it, but it is also super tasty!
Ingredients for 4 people)
- 120 butter g
- 27g Sucralin
- Zest of 1 orange
- The juice of 1 orange
- 200 g of ricotta cheese
- 3 eggs
- 220 flour
- 1 sachet of chemical yeast
- Pinch of salt
Crafting
- We beat the butter with the Sucralín and the orange zest, until we see that there is a creamy mixture left, we add the cheese we continue beating one more minute !!
- Add the eggs one at a time and then the orange juice.
- And finally, we add the flour, together with the yeast and a pinch of salt, all sifted, we continue beating until we see that there are no lumps left.
- Pour the mixture into the mold which we will have greased well beforehand.
- We bake with heat up and down at 180 ° for about 40 minutes with the oven that we will have previously heated.
- We will do the toothpick test because every oven is different and if we see that it comes out dry, we take it out and let it cool on a rack.
- I, to serve it, put a little Sucralin sprinkled on top and some orange peel shavings.
- It is delicious, and I assure you that I am very calm knowing that I do not have to give up sweets since it has 0% calories over sugar since it is an ingredient of natural origin that sweetens us in a healthy way and without contradictions!!
- The best sweetener I've ever tried and no off flavors like many others on the market.
- Highly recommended for people with diabetes and celiac disease as it does not contain gluten.
Let's enjoy it!!
