This time we share a very tempting recipe. Donuts🍩 made with Sucralin, created for us by Gema Ovejero (@ovejerogema on Instagram). Delicious, and very tempting for a snack. And with SucralinIt's always healthier because it has fewer calories, and everyone can enjoy it, but it's also super tasty!!
Ingredients for people 4
For the mass:
- 180 g almond or oat flour
- 1 teaspoon yeast or baking soda
- 10 g of Sucralin instead of 90 g of sugar
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon of pure cocoa
- Pinch of nutmeg
- 1 banana or sweet apple
- 1 XL egg
- Vanilla trickle
- 50 ml of milk (the one you like)
- Pinch of salt
For frosting:
- Half a tablet of dark chocolate desserts
- a tablespoon of milk
- Toppings crunchy and raw almond
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 180⁰
- Mix all the dry ingredients in a deep bowl.
- Now in another container we go with the wet ones, we crush the banana or the apple, we beat the egg and we incorporate the fruit and the milk, all this mixture is incorporated into the dry ingredients and we integrate it perfectly.
- With a spoon or a pastry bag, put the dough in the donut molds, previously greased a little.
- We put them in the oven in the central part, heat up and down and program it for about 15 minutes.
- Once baked, place on a wire rack and prepare the frosting.
- We put the chocolate with the milk in the microwave for 20 or 30 seconds, if it is too thick, you can add more milk and once we unmold it, we bathe one by one and decorate them with chopped almonds or with what you like best, let cool and to enjoy!
It is delicious and sweet, because it has 0% calories from sugar, it is also an ingredient of natural origin that sweetens us in a healthy way and without contradictions!
