A refreshing and very nutritious dessert. And very simple to do. Xavier Lahuerta takes us to the Mediterranean, his origins, where he mixes different products that, together, make a fantastic and very unique conjunction.
INGREDIENTS for 2 people
- 300 gr strawberries
- 225 gr Greek yogurt
- 225 ml. Liquid whipping cream
- 15 g granulated Sucralin
- 1 lemon
- 8 pcs Blueberries
- s / c Sweet vinegar seasoning (La Tapia)
- s / c Nutmeg
- s / c Poppy seed
- s / c Edible flowers
- s / c Sal de Ibiza de Flores
DEVELOPMENT
- Coarsely chop strawberries, dip with sweet seasoning, nutmeg and granulated Sucralin
- Once the strawberries are macerated with La Tapia sweet seasoning, we grate nutmeg on top and add Sucralin and marinate it. We will make a very slight contrast with Sal con flores (Sal de Ibiza)
- Later, we make our sweet syrup with granulated Sucralin and water, and we mix it with the macerated strawberries.
- We mix the cream of liquid cream and the Greek yogurt in a saucepan, and we bring it to a gentle boil, until obtaining a homogeneous cream.
- To this cream we add the lemon zest and the granulated Sucralin, let it cool.
- Then we place the macerated strawberries and their syrup, together with the Greek yogurt cream. On top of this we put the blueberries and the poppy seed.
