Ingredients: ALMOND (45%), EGG, sugar, glucose syrup, stabilizer: sorbitol, cornstarch, salt, preservative: sorbic acid.
Due to their ingredients and shape, they are very similar to macarons, since they contain both: almond, egg and sugar. The Gorrotxas have double the almond content and instead of the egg white that the macarons have, they contain egg yolk.
Store at a temperature below 25°C.
