100% Iberian Mamellado-Lampiño breed
A unique, almost extinct breed selected by the founder as the best for the production of acorn-fed Iberian ham due to its ability to convert acorns and infiltrate fat. A breed that is characterized by small, hairless (hairless) pigs, dark in color, thin legs, and that have mamellas (fleshy appendage on the front of the neck).

They are 100% Iberian Acorn-fed Hams fully certified by certifying entities accredited according to the Iberian Standard included in Royal Decree 4/2014.

100% Iberian acorn-fed ham (98%), common salt (2%), sugar (<0,1%), preservative E-252, antioxidant E-301 and acidity regulator E-331iii.
