Tasting note: It is an aromatic, soft and fruity oil with a perfect balance. On the palate the oil has complex flavors of artichoke, apple and freshly cut almonds. In the aftertaste, there is a bitter touch that reminds us that it is an early harvest and quality EVOO.

Pairing: at Made in Spain Gourmet we recommend it to accompany fish, shellfish, salads, vegetables, pasta and meat.

One of the things that can be most interesting is that the owner of this farm is a person with very little Spanish features. Mr. Lam Chueng Ping, a well-known businessman in Chinese society residing in Spain. He has been in our country for more than 50 years, which he adores. And for about 5 years, he fell in love with Finca Can Mas del Senyor, and wanted to realize his dream of producing his own oil. And with effort and great professionals advising him, he has obtained an excellent result.

Its Arbequina EVOO oil is simply one of the best you will find on the market. And its diffusion in the Chinese market is already a reality. At Made in Spain Gourmet we have the privilege of being able to count on him to offer it for our European market. It is admirable to see a person with the illusion of mr. Excellent!. OS will delight those who early harvest olive oil is fruity. A piece of advice: sourdough bread, this oil and Maldon salt. Exquisite delicacy!
