At the beginning of the year, we must take care of ourselves to arrive in summer with the best possible greeting and silhouette. Our Gastronomy Ambassador, Xavier Lahuerta, brings us a juice that is very easy to make and also very nutritious and healthy, with that touch of Sucralin that gives it a perfect sweet taste… and no calories over sugar.
INGREDIENTS FOR 2 PEOPLE:
- 200 grams Orange pulp
- 80 ml. Mineral water
- 200 grams White celery
- 20 grams Parsley leaf
- 120 grams aloe vera
- 2 teaspoon of Curcuma coffee
- 5 drops of liquid Sucralin
PREPARATION:
- In the first place, the skin of the oranges must be extracted, and cut into four cuts.
- Remove the strings of the celery, cut it into several non-uniform pieces.
- Remove the leaves from the parsley, use the leaf for the juice.
- Cut the Aloe Vera into several pieces.
- Place the orange pulp, the mineral water, the white celery, the parsley leaves, the Aloe Vera, the turmeric, and the liquid Sucralin in a blender.
- We blend everything to get a delicious and very creamy Detox juice. Finally, we pass it through a coarse strainer to remove impurities and make it ready to drink.
- We fill the glass with the freshly made detox juice, and to finish it, we place a celery branch with a leaf. In warmer times, we can add crushed ice to it, and make it more refreshing.
