This salad, very simple to prepare but at the same time very nutritious and very healthy. Xavi Lahuerta brings us a recipe that we can make all year round because it uses products that we can find during the twelve months, although we recommend it for spring and especially for summer, when we have better tomatoes.
INGREDIENTS for 2 people
- A Bote of Red Tuna belly from El Ronqueo
- 1 Avocado
- 2 tomates
- s / c Ecological Naturvie oil
- s / c Salt with Naturvie spices
- s / c Pedro Ximenez Vinegar from Naturvie
DEVELOPMENT
- We start by cutting the tomatoes into wedges, and we put them on the plate.
- Later, we open the avocado and cut it into pieces and distribute it around the tomatoes.
- We open the bottle of El Ronqueo tuna belly and put it on top of the tomato and avocado with care.
- Finally we finish the dish with Naturvie species salt and organic EVOO also from Naturvie
- All perfectly well plated, with an excellent presentation.
And it will be ready to eat !!
