Alt Camp, area of ​​dreamers

Albert Farre i Jordi Estivill, the owners of Set & Ros, are passionate about the Mediterranean lifestyle, respectful of the tempos of nature, committed to know-how and lovers of their work. This is the DNA of Set & Rosa reference brand of premium EVOOs. They are a very balanced team, and they combine perfectly, since each one has a very well defined task in the company, Jordi is the commercial and Public Relations engine, who develops the brand and its value, and Albert is the artist connoisseur of olive trees and their fruits, who determines which oils can be sold and which cannot, and their different categories. Since its inception, they have practiced 100% organic farming on all the farms of their olive trees. Located in an area over 450m above sea level, about 10 kilometers from the Mediterranean coast, in the Alt Camp province (Tarragona) but with a notable influence from the sea, with a privileged climate. The combination of modern and traditional working methods allow the brand to obtain extra virgin olive oil of the highest quality.

For Made in Spain Gourmet, select Ros and Caubo y rocarell, both of the monovarietal 100% organic arbequina. Fruity flavor, with a hint of sweetness and absence of bitterness and spiciness. And in this way, he created his EVOO, un blend of the two best varieties of Spanish olives according to his criteria: the arbequina and picual. Coming from the mountains in the interior of the province of Alicante, Patrick selects the olives that he mixes, according to his criteria and that he values ​​each year to his liking, to obtain a marvelous emerald green oil, fruity at the entrance, a value that Arbequina provides, and a slightly bitter and spicy aftertaste provided by Picual. A premium quality EVOO which we are very proud to market.

As on many occasions in Spain, with Sotaroni, the owner does not come from the sector, and this, instead of being an obstacle, is quite the opposite. His passion, his respect for the environment, his love for nature and agriculture, drove him to make a brand with excellent products. Proceeding from a regenerative agriculture, he transformed cereal fields into fields of olive trees and fruit trees such as cherry and apple trees, much more valued than the cereals of yesteryear. Creating a natural plant cover, and increasing soil biodiversity and in turn enriching it with organic matter from pruning.

Sotaroni comes from the mountain of the same name, and from its brand, the name of the EVOOs and vinegars is derived, products that are born in the Torrevella farm located in the Valley of Polop de Alcoy, in the province of Alicante.
