CORPINNAT is a Collective Brand of the European Union created with the aim of distinguishing the great sparkling wines made in the heart of the Penedès, from 100% organic grapes harvested by hand and vinified entirely on the property.

Your commitment to terroir – almost their obsession – leads them to cultivate only their own vineyards with traditional varieties del Penedès, with a historic commitment to xarel·lo. They practice the biodynamic rainfed viticulture, a step beyond ecology.
They exclusively make vintage Brut Nature marked by the imprint of long aging. Its Corpinnat sparkling wines have forged a unique style defined by elegance and subtlety.

Tasting note: Straw yellow in color, with small and continuous bubbles.
Nose: The nose is dominated by balsamic tones and ripe fruit, surrounded by a pleasant feeling of welcome.
Taste: Citrus fruits prevail in a very lively and fresh mouth, while being serious and structured.
Operating temperature: 8-10ºC
Preparation: Winemaking on the property. The vinification, the elaboration and the aging are carried out entirely in Recaredo.
Long aging. The aging in the bottle is carried out exclusively with a natural cork stopper. Cork is sustainable, recyclable and technically suitable for preserving the original meaning of a long-aged sparkling wine.
Manual disgorging without freezing. Disgorging (expulsion of the lees from the second fermentation in the bottle) is done by hand without freezing the neck of the bottle; artisan professionalism and respect for the environment.
The second fermentation in the bottle is always carried out with a natural cork stopper, a hallmark of the Recaredo house for the long aging of absolutely all its wines. Recaredo Terrers is aged for between 35 and 45 months in the bottle. This sparkling wine is clarified manually at the desk and disgorging is done by hand without freezing the neck of the bottle, in an exercise of artisanal mastery.

Likewise, the elaboration of a sparkling wine that exceeds 30 months, and another that exceeds 60 months of aging in the cellar, is proof of the commitment of the CORPINNAT wineries with long aging.

The commitment of the CORPINNAT wineries to sustainable viticulture and landscape conservation, together with the dignity of the viticulturist, entails the use of grapes from their own harvests or long-term alliances with viticulturists, at a guaranteed minimum price.
