Ingredients: 100% spelled flour (triticum spelta)

It contains gluten. May contain and traces of legumes, soy, sesame and nuts.

It also has more flavor and is more digestible than white wheat; Being the original seed, it produces fewer allergic symptoms, it also provides a lot of fiber and silicic acid: one of the most necessary nutrients in our body since it helps to rebuild tissues and organs.

Asturian spelled stimulates the body's immune system, because it has a high content of vitamin B. Among the minerals that contribute include sodium, potassium, iron, magnesium and calcium. As if this were not enough, the fat that contains spelled is essentially unsaturated.

On January 23, 2019, a catastrophe occurred in Agones, Pravia. After his son was born, he lost his job. A flood completely destroyed the sports facilities where he worked at Agones. With great strength he decided to invest his efforts in the project of his life, dedicating himself body and soul to giving a new life to the Retuerta mill. It was just at that moment when I had enough time and motivation to start the project, since it was my family's dream. The mill is over 300 years old and has a glorious past.

Since he was a child he dreamed of the opportunity to work for himself, being a miller. He restored it and took on the challenge of being a miller 2.0. Dream fulfilled!!
