Information about Quesoncala

They are located in the region of Tierras Altas de Soria next to the town Oncala at 1400 meters of altitude. Their herds graze in these places to provide us with high-quality milk, which allows them to obtain a cheese of extraordinary quality and of great acceptance in the market. Its "QuesOncala" cheeses, made from raw milk, are elaborated and matured by hand following the most traditional methods.
