Isbilya Grand Coupage is a balanced and sensational oil. Like the best oils in the world, it has low levels of acidity and is rich in polyphenols and antioxidants.

In the month of October, after a quick harvest, the olives are sent to the mill in less than two hours. There we will carry out an authentic cold extraction at less than 27ºC, thus obtaining our pure olive juice.

The grinding is done in less than two hours from its collection.
