Naturvie delicatessen are wrapped in a cosmetic style jar, a model that is pioneered in our country. To which they add a label-seal in order to control and increase the safety of the packaging.
Delicatessen are based on traditional recipes that are reproduced by hand and whose results are reminiscent of the most authentic flavor of yesteryear.
Naturvie has more than 500 hectares in which they cultivate more than 15 varieties of olive groves: ancient Cornezuelos, whose centenary age is almost impossible to determine, 100% national varieties, such as Arbequina or Manzanilla Cacereña.
In addition, the modernization of the crops led them years ago to be the pioneers in Extremadura in having varieties such as Greek Koroneiki or Italian Frantoio.
Its objective has always been to achieve the highest quality of the Oil by selecting the olive through manual harvesting.
Having their own oil mill on the farm allows them to take care of the choice of fruit they process. The quality of the pure olive juice that is derived from this process has allowed them to continue in the market year after year.
Finca "El Hoyo" is located in the municipality of Oliva de Mérida, Badajoz, at the foot of the Sierra del Conde, facing the sun (38o 46 '06 "N, 6o 07' 05" W). The love for the Earth, for the Field, for the Olive grove, is breathed in the Region.
Everything affects the Oil: the climate, the land, the water, the sun, the food ... At Finca El Hoyo it is located between two Sierras, which allows it to have a more benign climate than the surroundings. In addition, the type of stony ground that maintains humidity and the different varieties of olive trees make it possible to produce extraordinary oils. However, there is only one way to create a Quality Oil: putting care, affection and dedication in all phases of the process.
