Artisan Manchego Cheese with Denomination of Origin, made with raw sheep's milk.
With an ivory-colored mass inside and light gold on its rind.
Its paste is firm, compact and with excellent density. Its texture is slightly scaly, a sign of its magnificent healing. Ripens in the cellars under the supervision of the master cheesemaker
Its aroma is intense, lactic and floral from raw and clean milk from La Mancha sheep.
Pleasant flavor, intense but smooth. With a peculiar and persistent aftertaste where they come together and maintain their magnificent characteristics.
Ingredients: Milk Manchego sheep, lactic ferments, rennet, egg-derived lysozyme, salt.

Conservation
The ideal temperature for cheese conservation would be 8 – 10 ºC. If we want to stop the evolution of the cheese and of the molds in the natural rind, the temperature should be 4ºC. The preferential consumption will be a minimum of 8 months, although the expiration date is set for 12 months.
