Description

Artisan Manchego Cheese with Denomination of Origin, made with raw sheep's milk.

With a mass of ocher and reddish fruit after its long curing process inside, and light gold on its rind.

Its paste is firm, compact and with excellent density. Its texture is slightly scaly, a sign of its magnificent healing. Ripens in the cellars under the supervision of the master cheesemaker

Its aroma is intense, lactic and floral from raw and clean milk from La Mancha sheep.

Pleasant, intense flavor. With a peculiar and persistent aftertaste where they come together and maintain their magnificent characteristics.

Curing for more than 18 months, to mature slowly under the supervision of the master cheesemaker and become something unbeatable

All Manchego cheese is identified on one of its flat faces with a serial numbered casein plate.

Conservation

The ideal temperature for cheese conservation would be 8 – 10 ºC. If we want to stop the evolution of the cheese and of the molds in the natural rind, the temperature should be 4ºC. The preferential consumption will be a minimum of 8 months, although the expiration date is set for 12 months.

Spain is a country of cheeses, of all possible types, but one of those that stands out for its own personality, and that is unique in our country, is Manchego cheese.
