Its pickled mussels come from the best located rafts in the famous Ría de Arosa.
Once carefully selected and packaged by hand, they are covered with their marinade made from natural ingredients such as olive oil, natural paprika, wine vinegar, black pepper, cloves and bay leaves.

They continue to make their preserves with root vegetables from the Galician estuaries and make their sauces following traditional recipes with only natural ingredients and no additives. Maintaining already forgotten processes such as the roasting of some fish.
At La Curiosa they only make high-quality preserves from the best shellfish and fish caught in the campaign and at their best seasoning moment. The product is elaborated in an artisanal way, taking care of the canning and packing by hand. Selecting and placing each piece in the can to guarantee the best presentation at the time of tasting.
