These chillies are ideal to have as an appetizer with a little EVOO and salt.
They are also perfect for making the famous "Gildas", where they are joined through a toothpick: an olive, a piparra and an anchovy.
They are also paired in spoon dishes such as beans or chickpeas.
Store in a cool place away from light and heat.

They are piparras that have impressed me very pleasantly.
Unlike the ones I find on the market, these have a thin skin and a slightly spicy but not aggressive flavor.
You can safely eat an entire boat.
I have taken them with a splash of extra virgin olive oil and salt flakes and they seem like a luxury appetizer.

I was surprised when I tried them, they are very soft and meaty. I include them in salads and with an olive, an anchovy and a stick, you make a Gilda, a very northern and exceptional tapa.
