La Viña type cheesecake with red berries and figs

We bring you a recipe for a delicious cheesecake, creamy and for everyone. Created by Paqui (@ladelsevillano5248 on Instagram). And with Sucralín, it is always healthier because it has fewer calories, and everyone can enjoy it, but it is also super tasty!

 

La Viña type cheesecake with red berries and figs

Ingredients for people 4

  • 300g Pilaladelphia cream cheese
  • 250 g. mascarpone cheese
  • 250 g. cottage cheese
  • 20 g. of SUCRALIN (equivalent to 230g of sugar)
  • 280 liquid cream
  • 5 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla paste
  • 1 tablespoon flour or cornstarch

Preparation

  • First of all, we will transfer the cheese to a bowl and mix it a little to soften. We will then add Sucralin.
  • We will mix with the help of a fork, or pastry tongue we do not want to put air into the dough and then we will put the eggs that we mix well, we add the teaspoon of vanilla and the tablespoon of cornstarch or flour, as you prefer we mix well so that we do not lumps remain.
  • In a removable mold of 22 cm. We put baking paper, which we will have moistened it under the tap previously. We do this to better adapt it to the mold. Then we add the dough, and we tap the mold a few times so that it adapts well and the bubbles come out.
  • Then we put it in the oven already preheated to 200 ° C heat, up and down, for about 40 minutes, it should be shaky.
  • After 40 minutes, turn off the oven and leave it inside for a few hours with the door ajar, and then take it out, letting it cool completely. We put it in the fridge, better a full day.
  • At the time of serving, we unmold it very carefully and decorate it to our liking. At home we like it very much with fresh red fruits.

It is delicious, and I assure you that I am very calm knowing that I do not have to give up sweets since it has 0% calories over sugar since it is an ingredient of natural origin that sweetens us in a healthy way and without contradictions!!

The best sweetener I've ever tried and no off flavors like many others on the market.
Highly recommended for people with diabetes and celiac disease as it does not contain gluten.
