Description
Fished in the Cantabrian Sea, the ventresca is one of the most appreciated parts of the Bonito del Norte and here it is presented cooked in brine, with olive oil. Clean of bones, skin or other impurities, the fillets are perfectly aligned, offering a balanced aroma and exceptional flavor to this fish with a firm and juicy texture. The belly is characterized by an uneven texture, and very juicy on the palate. A delicacy without a doubt, which is a pure delicatessen.
Pairing: At Made in Spain Gourmet, we recommend pairing them with a good Jerez wine, a white vermouth and also a chilled Premium cava. For recipes such as Premium salads, it is the main protagonist and gives a truly exceptional juiciness to the vegetables.
