Information about El Greco

Foie Gras El Greco is a completely handmade product, thus guaranteeing a 100% natural top quality product. It is made with duck liver from an artisanal farm in France, in a privileged location that enjoys an environment rich in vegetation of aromatic plants. The selection and provisioning is carried out personally by El Greco to ensure a perfect follow-up.

This foie gras is cured with salt from a raw material acquired in the Landes and distended with the Label Rouge and the IGP Landes.

 

The Label Rouge is awarded to foie gras producers who feed their ducks with non-GMO cereals, without any antibiotic treatment and fatten them in the park with grain corn from the same territory.

 

The IGP Landes certifies that the geographic origin of the ducks is from the Landes.

 

Foie Gras El Creco are a group of professionals, great lovers of good products and good food, led by Santi Grimau, director and owner of the El Greco restaurant in Sitges for 20 years, where precisely one of the most appreciated products that they served was the Foie Gras. Their experience and the drive of many former clients and friends has encouraged them to create this project.
