Mushrooms in vinaigrette is a classic of canned vegetables, but chef Miriam Cozar has turned it around and transformed it into a concentrated perfume of flavor and aromas. A very high quality oil is infused at low temperature so that it does not lose its organoleptic properties with lavender, thyme, rosemary, lemon balm and many other aromatic plants and spices.
The mushrooms are cooked to a minimum to achieve the perfect texture and are placed in glass jars.

Recommended uses:
- Salad dressing.
We just have to chop a little lettuce, add the vinaigrette and mushrooms to taste and, if we want, complement it with pieces of some sweet fruit such as an apple, mango, etc. - With cooked white rice. We will turn a rice without anything, into a delicious rice in a few minutes. You can also make a "sea and mountain" if we add a little fish, some clams, shrimp, etc. to the rice.
